For too long judges in Harris County have put the defendant’s feelings and desires above the safety of the community as a whole. Many of these judges have jeopardized our community by setting low bonds and handing out light sentences. It’s time for judges who will look at a whole picture and how crime affects everyone in the community and finally return the streets of Harris County to the law abiding citizens.

Jason has appeared in front of a wide variety of judges. He has practiced in front of both judges who follow the law and those who have their own personal agendas.

Jason believes that a judge’s job is to uphold the law that as it is written by the State Legislature and Code of Ethics of Judges, and to provide fair and balanced justice for both defendant’s and victims.
